JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation and file Charge Sheet in Crime.No.573 of 2017 on the file of the 5th Respondent Police.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner approached the respondents on various dates to expedite the investigation but till now no action has been taken. Stating so, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction to the respondents police to file final report within a stipulated time frame.
3. Mr.M. Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondents.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 5th respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Cr.No.4 of 2014 pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
