JUDGMENT / ORDER

. Respondent Petition under section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with F.I.R. No. 264 of 2014 of P.S. K.P.H.B., Cybearabad.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K . Venumadhav, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
“The petitioner seeks for grant of anticipatory bail. He allegedly committed offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a heart patient. He produced the medical record of the petitioner.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that he does not have any instructions in the case.
At the same time, the order of the learned Sessions Judge shows that investigation is still in progress. Be that as it may, in view of the health condition of the petitioner and the nature of the offences alleged against the petitioner, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner shall surrender before the XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad, within two (2) weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad, shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a likesum to his satisfaction.”
