JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.2743 of 2012 Between:
1. T. Sankara Rao and others PETITIONERS AND 1. The State of A.P. through Station House Officer, Ongole-I Town Police Station, Ongole, Prakasam District, rep. by Public Prosecutor, High Court of A.P., Hyderabad, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
Sri Gade Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, Crl.M.Ps if any shall stand closed.
