2. The writ petition is for limited prayer for considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2017 and to pass orders. The petitioner has made a representation dated 11.04.2017 to the first respondent.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the 2nd respondent/the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Board, is the competent authority to dispose of the representation.
4. Recording the submissions, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 11.04.2017 made by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
