rk Since the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to submit a fresh representation before the authority concerned. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition. In view of the same, liberty is granted and this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
