The petitioner, a member of the Balusseri Regional Co- operative Bank Ltd No.F.1265 alleges that the Secretary of the Bank is drawing salary on the basis of a wrong fixation, that too in a situation where the society is running under loss. It is the case of the petitioner that, the bank had been reclassified into a Class-III bank as on 01.04.1999. Though the petitioner has submitted a representation to the first respondent pointing out the anomaly and seeking a rectification thereof, he complains that no orders have been passed thereon till date.
2. The Government Pleader submits that Exhibit P4 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed thereon, without delay.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioner -:2:- W.P.(C) No.13608 of 2014-A set out in Exhibit P4 representation, in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
