Sri.V.Shivareddy, learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent.
The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the Marriage Registration Certificate dated 28.01.2019 issued by the second respondent.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia prays for a direction to Respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 25.03.2019 at Annexure-A by a speaking order in a time bound.
4. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and as agreed to by them, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the application filed by the petitioner by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order passed today.
It is made clear that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
