The petitions are admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the petitions are heard finally.
2. When the matters were taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that the petitioners have already approached the Civil Court by filing a civil suit.
3. In this view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to prosecute the remedy of civil suit.
