When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that the apprehension of the petitioner that his vehicle will be seized illegally and without due process of law is imaginary and they have no intention to seize the vehicle of the petitioner illegally.
2.Recording the same, this writ petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
