2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to survey his land situated at New Survey No.462/5, Old Survey No.164/1B, measuring an extent of 2 ares, 275 Square meter, at Kumaratchi, Kattumannar Koil Taluk, Cuddalore District.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the 4th respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 09.05.2017, in accordance with law.
4. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2017, for surveying and demarcating the above said land, and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
