Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2017 and to issue patta to his land at T.S.Nos.32, 33, Block No.56,Konnur vilalge, Door Nos.33/16, and 35/17, Sannadhi Street, Villivakkam, within the time that may be stipulated by this court.
For Petitioner : Ms.g.Devi For Respondents : Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy Government Advocate O R D E R Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 07.08.2017 and to issue patta to his land at T.S.Nos.32 and 33, Block No.56, Konnur vilalge, Door Nos.33/16, and 35/17, Sannadhi Street, Villivakkam, within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2017, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order with regard to issuance of patta.
4. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side , without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
