J U D G M E N T Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo dated 17.07.2019 seeking withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to file fresh appeal after compliance of the provisions of Section 30 of the Employee’s Compensation Act, 1923.
The memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the appellant forthwith.
