2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that the case in Crime No.405 of 2007, after completion of investigation, was referred as “Mistake of Fact” vide RCS No.2 of 2017 dated 19.02.2017.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
