Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS, directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's brother, Manikandan, son of Tamilvendan, aged 27 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

2 This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking direction to the respondents to produce his brother, Manikandan, son of Tamilvendan, aged about 27 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty.
3 At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor had submitted that the detenu had been arrested, in respect of Crime No.38 of 2017, on the file of Pollachi Town Police Station and remanded in custody, by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Pollachi, on 8.2.2017. He had further submitted that the detenu had been lodged in the Central Prison, Coimbatore, at present.
4 In such circumstances, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
