The order impugned in this writ petition, in and by which the petitioner has been directed to remit the difference amount which was paid in excess, is dated 21.11.2013. Thus, when this Court was about to dismiss this writ petition on the solitary ground of delay, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
2 In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Costs made easy.
