JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20519 of 2008 Between:
T. Muralidhar Reddy PETITIONER AND 1. The District Collector, Kadapa, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
When the case was called on 08.12.2014 learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. Hence the matter was directed to be posted today. Even today, when the case is called, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.
Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
