JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, apart from perusing the record. Since the issue lies in a narrow compass, this Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage itself. 2. Briefly stated, the petitioner, working as 'Ticket Issuer' in the respondent Corporation, stood guarantee for various loans obtained by his fellow workmen from the respondent Corporation, the employer. When those principal borrowers committed default, the respondent Corporation seems to have initiated recovery proceedings and started deducting from the petitioner's salary as a result of the said decision. Under those circumstances, the petitioner filed Ext.P3 representation. Complaining of its non-disposal, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned W.P(. C)No.28873 OF 2014 : 2 :
Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, this Court, without adverting to the merits of the matter, directs the respondent Corporation to consider petitioner's Ext.P3 representation in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
