JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in MC No.66 of 2010 from the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul and transfer the same to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Neyveli to be tried along with HMOP No.41 of 2010 pending on his file.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the case in M.C.No.66 of 2010 itself was disposed of by the Court concerned.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
