FOR R-2) THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE R-2 MUDA TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION (APPLICATION) DTD:12/13-08-1983, MADE TO THE R-1, MUDA, AT ANNEXURE-A, AND OTHER APPLICATIONS WERE MADE:10.10.1992 AND 29.09.2012, REQUESTING THE R-2, MUDA, TO GIVE ALTERNATIVE SITE IN LIEU OF THE SITE WHICH WAS ALLOTTED AND THE SAME WAS CANCELLED. THE COPIES OF THE SAID REPRESENTATION ARE SUBMITTED HEREWITH AT ANNEXURE-B & C AND ETC.
THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner at per Annexures-A, B and C.
2. On perusal of records, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that the competent authority shall decide the representations submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided, in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
