JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40637 of 2014 Dated: 30.12.2014 Between:
T. Lakshminarayana.
.. Petitioner and The State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Principal Secretary, Civil Supplies Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad and others.
.. Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: Mr. K.Narsi Reddy Counsel for the respondents : AGP for Civil Supplies (AP) The court made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside show cause notice vide Rc.No.1327/2014/F, dated 17.07.2014, of respondent No.4.
At the hearing, respondent No.4 is personally present and he has placed before the Court, through the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), proceedings in Rc.No.(F)1327/2014, dated 29.12.2014, whereby he has withdrawn the proceedings, dated 12.08.2014, issued suspending the petitioner’s authorisation following the impugned show cause notice dated 17.07.2014. Respondent No.4 has stated that as he was under the impression that withdrawal of suspension amounts to the withdrawal of show cause notice itself, no separate proceedings have been issued withdrawing the show cause notice and that he will immediately withdraw the show cause notice also.
Having regard to the above submissions made by respondent No.4, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.50938 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
