HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE ASHUTOSH MOHUNTA AND HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No. 14025 of 2014 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ashutosh Mohunta) The petitioner has questioned the auction notice dated 03.04.2014, as per which, the property of the petitioner was to be auctioned on 07.05.2014.
2. Sri V.Raghu, learned counsel for the respondent submits that no auction has been held on 07.05.2014 for want of sufficient bidders and now a fresh auction notice is proposed to be issued by the respondent-Bank.
3. In view of the fact that no auction has been held pursuant to the auction notice dated 03.04.2014, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
