JUDGMENT / ORDER

The limited prayer in this original petition is for a direction to the Appellate Authority (Land Reforms), Kannur to dispose of A.A.No.8/2008 as expeditiously as possible. 2. After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and in the light of the order that is proposed to be passed, it is felt that notice to the respondents is unnecessary.
This petition is allowed. There will be a direction to the Appellate Authority (Land Reforms), Kannur to take up A.A.No.8/2008 at the earliest and dispose of it on merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
