TALUK IN CASE NO.LRF 7/1974-75 VIDE ANNEXURE – R AND ETC., THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo stating that the petitioners and contesting respondent No.3 have already settled the dispute involved in this proceedings and the said settlement is arrived out of Court with the intervention of common friends and well wishers.
It is in this background, this memo is filed seeking permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition. The memo is signed by the petitioners, whose signatures are identified by their learned counsel. Along with the memo, joint affidavit of the petitioners is also filed in support of the said memo. Both memo and affidavit are taken on record.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as settled out of Court.
