ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.2 has not been disposing of the appeal pending before him after remand of the case by the Joint Collector, Chittoor.
The petitioner pleaded that respondent No.4 has illegally obtained pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4-24 cents in Sy.No.769/5 of Gangavaram Village and Mandal, Chittoor District, which was originally assigned in favour of petitioner’s late mother, and that on petitioner’s representation, respondent No.2 has cancelled the pattadar passbook and title deed issued in favour of respondent No.4. Feeling aggrieved by the said order, respondents 4 and 5 filed a revision petition before the Joint Collector, Chittoor. The said revision petition was allowed and the case was remanded by the Joint Collector, vide his order in D.Dis.D4/8323/2009 dated 25.08.2012. The grievance of the petitioner is that after remand, respondent No.2 has not been disposing of the appeal.
In view of the above-noted innocuous grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the case, if the same is still pending after remand by the Joint Collector, within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.1025 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
