This Criminal Petition is filed to quash proceedings in CC.No. 496 of 2010 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad registered for offences under section 498-A IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No. 61 of 2009 of Women Police Station, C.C.S. Hyderabad, against the petitioner/A-1 and others.
