JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner is the father of one Miss.Sosiya, aged about 24 years. According to the petitioner she has been found missing from 18.01.2017 onwards.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue was produced before this Court. She told us that on her own accord, she married the fourth respondent on 22.01.2017 and from then onwards she has been living with the fourth respondent as his wife.
She further stated that for a week, she will stay with her parents and will join with her husband after a week. Recording the above statement this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
