This petition is premature as no demand of justice has been made by the petitioner to the Commissioner of Police or any other appropriate officials ventilating his grievance.
Accordingly, this Public Interest Litigation is dismissed with liberty to file afresh after exhausting all remedies.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
