We are of the view that it is absolutely a policy decision of the institution and no member of the public can compel any institution to adopt a particular procedure in functioning of the institution unless the law requires to do so.
The writ petition is summarily dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
