JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.
2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement giving up the 1st respondent.
4. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 5.11.2015 on 22.10.2016 and pass orders based on the Sale deed dated 01.10.1992.
5. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.11.2015 and 22.10.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after taking into consideration the documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
