JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.19385 of 2004 Between:
T. Devender Reddy PETITIONER AND 1. The Authorised Officer, SAO, O/o. The Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Patancheruvu, Medak District, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
When the matter is called it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that entire amount has been recovered form the employer and noting survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
