2. In the counter affidavit, it is stated that the alleged detenu was arrested in connection with a criminal case and thereafter he was produced before appropriate Magistrate who remanded him to judicial custody.
3. In view of the averments in the aforesaid counter affidavit, the writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance, if any. No order as to costs.
