JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his act of wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.5518 of 2015 dated 04.03.2014.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the order has been complied with and the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
