JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners who are brothers seeking compassionate appointment from the respondents.
2.When the matter was posted today viz on (13.02.2017) “for Judgment”, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has produced an order in Na.Ka.No.3388/A1/2001, dated 26.12.2015 issued by the District Education Officer, Vellore that the first petitioner Mr.Arul Shankar was appointed as Junior Assistant at Government Higher Secondary School, Essaiyanur, Vellore District.
2.In view of the same, recording the said submission made on behalf of the petitioners that compassionate appointment has been given to the first petitioner, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
