JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to release the vehicle, ie., BOLERO Car bearing Regn.No.TN-46-L-1617 to the interim custody of the petitioner.

2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the vehicle in question had already been produced before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem, on 12.01.2017.
3. Recording the said statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned Magistrate, for appropriate orders.
