JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner appeared.
Special Counsel Sri Manish Kumar appeared and accepted notice for opposite party no.1.
Opposite party no.2 is a private party and has not turned out.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as special counsel for opposite party no.1.
Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with prayer to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 10.6.2014 passed by opposite party no.1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made further prayer that the petitioner should not be evicted by opposite party no.2 from the house in dispute otherwise that in due course of law.
The order dated 10.6.2014 passed by opposite party no.1 may not be quashed without affording an opportunity of hearing to the opposite party no.2. In the same way I do not find just to issue exparte mandamus regarding interim injunction prayed by the petitioner.
Issue notice to opposite party no.2.
The petitioner may take steps for service of notice by special messenger within two days.
List/put up on 27.6.2014 as fresh for hearing.
