Heard Sri Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mukund Tiwari appearing for the State.
Looking to the petitioner's grievance that petitioner's application for permission to take out the procession on 28th day of Moharram is lying undisposed before the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police, Ambedker Nagar, we dispose of the petition, with the consent of the State counsel, with a direction to the concerned authorities to look into the application and pass appropriate order keeping in mind the prevailing conditions and circumstances for taking out the procession as prayed for, subject to maintenance of law and order.
