THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Petitioner herein is seeking direction to the 3rd respondent – Tahsildar, Madhugiri Taluk, Tumakuru District, to dispose of the proceedings initiated in No.MR.1/94-95 and MR.No.18/2009-10 pursuant to the order of the 2nd respondent – Assistant Commissioner, Madhugiri Taluk, at Annexure-A, which is dated 31.7.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate. Perused the order dated 31.7.2017 at Annexure-A. On going through the same it is seen that in the said order the 2nd respondent has directed the 3rd respondent – Tahsildar to look in to the matter with regard to aforesaid MR numbers and to do the needful within three months, which is not complied by the 3rd respondent. Hence, the 3rd respondent is directed to comply with the order of the 2nd respondent, at Annexure-A, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With aforesaid observations, these writ petitions are disposed of.
Learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within two weeks from today.
