2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation, dated 27.08.2013, made before respondent No.3-Tahsildar is not being considered and pattadar passbooks and title deeds are not issued to him, though petitioner has applied more than a year back.
3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader show that petitioner’s representation aforesaid is not traceable in the office and it is not aware that petitioner has obtained occupancy rights. However, if the petitioner applies in the prescribed proforma, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.
4. As the petitioner’s application for pattadar passbooks is not in terms of Form 6A r/w Rules 18 and 19 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to apply in the prescribed proforma, in accordance with the Rules, and if such an application is received by respondent No.3, he shall consider the same, on its own merits, and pass appropriate orders expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of such an application.
With the above liberty, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
