THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, B.S.PATIL J, MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER 1. This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of habeas corpus for production of Syed Irfan before this Court alleging that he has been taken into custody illegally by 4th respondent – Circle Inspector, Tunganagara Police Station.
2. The matter is listed today for orders. Sri K.V.Sateesh Chandra, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that Syed Irfan - detenue was arrested and produced before the Court and has been subsequently released. He, therefore, submits that the writ petition may be disposed of as having become unnecessary. This submission is placed on record.
3. As the detenue has been arrested and has been later on released as per the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner, we do not find it any longer necessary to proceed in the matter.
4. Hence, writ petition is disposed of recording the submission made.
