Respondents (By Sri.K.P.Yoganna, HCGP for R-2 & R-2) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution Of India praying to quash the communication dated 21.8.2017 issued by respondent No.3 produced as Annexure-F.
This Writ Petition coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition against the internal communication between respondent Nos.2 and 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said communication is not marked to the petitioner. Therefore the present Writ Petition is filed challenging the communication dated 21.8.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Perused the impugned communication.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent - State and looking into the impugned communication dated 21.8.2017, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has no cause of action to file Writ Petition.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
However, if any order is passed against the interest of the petitioner, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach appropriate authority, in accordance with law.
