On the matter being taken up today, Shri M.N. Singh, Advocate appearing on behalf of the U.P. Public Service Commission has placed on record the instruction dated 14.8.2019 sent by the Under Secretary/Information Officer, Public Service Commission, U.P. wherein in pursuance of the writ court order, the authority has proceeded to consider the interim order dated 23.2.2018 and rejected the claim set up by the applicant. The instruction is taken on record and a copy of the instruction is given to learned counsel for the applicant.
Consequently nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant to assail the validity of the said order before the appropriate forum.
