Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of CR.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioners on bail in Crime No. 196 of 2014 on the file of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Musudi Babji, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor on behalf of respondent-State, the Court made the following.
ORDER:-
“The petitioner is A-2. He seeks for grant of bail. He allegedly committed offences under Sections 448, 323, 354 and 506 read with 34 IPC. The investigating agency has examined nine witnesses including the official witnesses. In view of the stage of the investigation and the nature of the allegations, I deem it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner is enlarged on bail on a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.”
