Delay in filing counter-affidavit is condoned.
Counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents is taken on record.
Vide our order of date passed in Writ Petition No.1674 (MB) of 2014, this Court has directed for listing of the case in the first week of April, 2014.
In the meantime, rejoinder affidavit may be filed by the petitioner.
The plea for dismissal of the writ petition shall be considered at the time of final hearing.
