Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
From the records of this application it appears that the applicant has submitted on 12.2.2018 a photostat copy of an order of the writ Court, while, the writ Court vide order dated 5.2.2018 in Writ-A No.4738 of 2018 (Syed Merazul Raza v. State of U.P. and 11 others) directed the competent authority to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's application, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned within three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.
In view of the aforesaid, since, the certified copy of the order has not been filed by the applicant and as such this application is dismissed at this stage, leaving it open to the applicant to file within two weeks from today a certified copy of the order of the writ Court dated 5.2.2018 along with a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned for compliance.
