By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher (Urdu) in the Primary Schools of District Sambhal.
From the averments in the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner had applied for the post of Assistant Teacher (Urdu) Primary Level in district Sambhal. In para 11 of the writ petition it is stated that 3rd counseling was held between 16.12.2013 to 21.12.2013 but the result of the same has not been declared.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3, the Basic Shiksha Adhikari Sambhal to declare the result of the petitioner in the selection for the post of Assistant Teacher (Urdu) in the Primary Schools of District Sambhal within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is received in his office.
