“MEMO It is respectfully submitted that the petitioner approached this Hon’ble Court for permission to travel abroad & report to job & this Hon’ble Court was please to allow him. In the mean time all disputes between petitioner/husband & wife were referred to mediation & amicably settled. As such in the light of settlement, this Hon’ble Court was please to close all the cases. Hence this petition does not survive for consideration. Hence this memo may be taken on record & close this petition as withdrawn, in the interest of justice.”
