This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner in respect of case No.POR No.4111/20/2013 on the file of the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2017.
2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the presence of the petitioner is required only before the Madhya Pradesh police authorities and not before the fourth respondent, and hence the prayer of the petitioner to direct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner, does not arise. The said submission is recorded.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
