JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent comprised in its order dated 23.04.2008 stated to have been pronounced on 14.10.2008 comprised in item No.28/06 in Va.Vi.Manu.6/05/ooh5/thanjai to quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to dispose of item No.28/06 in Va.Vi.Manu.6/05/ooh5/thanjai along with the petitioner's application dated 24.12.2009 on its own merits and in accordance with law.
2. It has been represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the writ petitioner is no more and he has no instructions from his legal heirs, therefore this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
