Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the application no. 18-C,moved under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C. filed in suit no. 740 of 2017 (Hazi Mohd. Asif Vs. Syed Haider Ali Zaidi and others), pending since 16.10.2018, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to court below to decide the aforesaid application, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
