2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in this petition the petitioners have assailed the validity of the authority of the respondents in appointing the Administrator. It is further submitted that term of Administrator has expired on 19.2.2019. Therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
